Lisa holds an MFA in writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University; there, she was the 2007/08 assistant editor of award-winning literary magazine, The Literary Review. Her first pseudonymous women’s fiction novel Simple Wishes will be out in 2009. Lisa’s work has been/will be published in Fourth Genre, The Writer Magazine, Many Mountains Moving, Baltimore’s Citypaper, Mobuis; The Journal for Social Change (website), and other venues. She was recently nominated for inclusion in Harcourt’s Best New American Voices (2010).
