The contract implied by accepting this project is that LaGreca Arts will meet the requirements stated in this project proposal. LaGreca Arts makes every effort to meet every requirement to the client’s vision and satisfaction.
ESTIMATES
While LaGreca Arts endeavors to create estimates as accurate as possible, this estimate represents an estimation of the amount of time needed to complete project goals. The amount of time can fluctuate due to client revision requests, amount of input material already prepared by the client, and other factors not considered when designing this estimate.
Regardless of estimated amount, clients are billed for actual time spent on the project. Final project costs are based on the agreed hourly rate. Clients will be notified as soon as it is known that project costs will be outside the minimum-maximum range of the original estimate.
DEPOSIT
LaGreca Arts requires a 20% deposit, based on the minimum estimate, to begin work.
BILLING
Depending on the amount of hours, “current balance” invoices will be billed periodically. Projects generating under 10 hours of billable time per month will be invoiced monthly. Projects generating over 10 hours of billable time per month will be invoiced weekly. We prefer invoices paid within 30 days of invoice date. Clients are welcome to propose alternate schedules that best accommodate their business needs. We reserve the right to purse unpaid balances through collection agencies or legal means.
TRAVEL
Travel time exceeding 15 minutes one-way will be included in billable hours.
OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
Any content created by the client and/or LaGreca Arts is property of client. Third-party content, product, or service is considered licensed or purchased by the client. LaGreca Arts retains no rights or privileges to client content.
CANCELLATION
The client may cancel this contract at any time with written (email or letter) notice. Upon cancellation, all work ceases and the client is responsible to pay any outstanding balances within 30 days.
SITE SECURITY
LaGreca Arts makes no implied guarantee about security and safety from hacking attempts, viruses, and other malicious behavior. We do take reasonable precautions and apply best practices regarding site and server security. LaGreca Arts is responsible for “ web server” security and client are responsible for “web site” security.
