This is the web hosting plan to purchase when your website is critical to your business. Your site is hosted not on one server, but a “cluster” of physical servers. Each Robusto plan is a virtual server which means your account is a separate, isolated OS installation.

Our servers are physically located in a professional, protected environment and tapped directly into the Internet by T1 lines. Our servers are backed up weekly and feature multiple device, power, and network redundancies. Our uptime has been 99% per year and response times are without any perceivable delay in serving up pages.

The Decaf and Regular levels of web hosting offers no included technical support. Support is always available at our current billable rate. For clients who need periodic updates, backups, small changes, or for the client who maintains their own site but needs occasional help figuring out how to properly code HTML, we suggest our Maintenance and Marketing Service.
